1) 16 = MAX # of people (adults and children) at this property at ANYTIME

2) The BACKYARD may not be used between the hours of 10pm – 10am on weekends, and 10pm – 7am on weekdays. This includes NO USE OF THE POOL OR SPA. There should therefore be NO NOISE at all in the backyard. Any noise will set off the noise alarms and notify security.

3) 5 = MAX # of cars (all cars must be parked in the driveway) - NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.

4) DAY = Noise levels outside must be reasonable outside during the day (LOW music levels on SMALL Bluetooth speakers OK).

NOTE – IF THE OUTSIDE NOISE METER IS FLASHING AND BEEPING THEN THE NOISE LEVELS ARE TOO HIGH

No Smoking near neighbor's wall (patio table area is OK) Marijuana smoking is NOT ALLOWED

The Fireplace is decorative and not allowed to be used due to insurance requirements.

PETS - All pets must be approved and there is a fee of $75/pet for your stay

Great time

Super clean and modern home. Tons of beds and bedrooms ideal for our large group. Only complaint is it could use another couch and maybe some area rugs to reduce minor noises that reach the bedrooms. But I'd definitely stay again and likely will next year for our annual trip

Quiet house 15 mins from The Strip

We rented this house for a work event down in Las Vegas. It ended up being great for what we used it for and was only a 15 minute drive to the strip and convention center every day. We needed to get a house where 10 guys could sleep in their own beds, have plenty of bathrooms, and anhave plenty of bathrooms, and a kitchen for breakfast each day. This house has 11 beds in total, all queens or kings. The house really isn’t anything too special, but for what we were looking for it worked out great!

Great trip to Vegas with friends!

What a wonderful place to stay with friends or family in Vegas! Close to the strip. The customer service was fantastic and they checked in multiple times to make sure trip was good. The house is beautiful.

We had a fabulous time at this rental. We had a group of 15 and it was PERFECT. There was more than enough space for us all to be comfortable. Plenty of mirror space for getting ready. Easy to get to the airport and strip.

Excellent location and space for our Girls Trip!

This home was definitely comfortable for our group of 16. Brian was an excellent host; he was very responsive and accommodating. Any issues/concerns were addressed immediately. While we were aware of the strict rules, this was the only downside of our trip because we were unable to enjoy the pool, hot tub and patio area. There was lots to do in the area if we didn’t feel up to doing “Vegas”! I would definitely stay again!

Good stay.

Plenty of space and good location. Very nice kitchen Could have more sofas for comfortable seating. Had to call to have hinges repaired on one bedroom door and the back of the sofa on first night. Had to call again on second day to have 2 bed frames repaired to prevent sagging. Bought a plunger to unclog toilets vs calling maintenance again. The plunger at the house was cheap and ineffective. We’re not a particularly loud group but we did have 16 guests. It was hard to not trip the noise meter while trying to enjoy the pool/putting area. And the hours of use seemed very restrictive to our schedule. Probably wouldn’t stay again for the maintenance and restrictions.

Great Place, Plenty of Room, Close to Things You Need

We brought a group of men for a baseball tournament in Vegas. Needed a place to rest and eat, and for down time. This place is large. Plenty of room. Kid friendly. Clean surroundings and you'll feel safe. Unlike most of these units, the photos don't fool you. We were disappointed the hot tub broke. We needed it. We were very sore from baseball. Although we got hosed with time to use it, property manager had it fixed fairly quickly. There are strict rules here. You literally cannot be in the back yard after 9:30PM. Be sure you understand this. Very strict. It will probably deter my group next time, but the stay is definitely worth it. 10 minutes from the airport. 15 or so to the strip. I would recommend this place to others.

Great experience

Great location, spacious and beautiful home, and very accommodating property manager. Maximum of 15 minute ride to the north Vegas strip. This house was fully equipped to house our group of 10, and provided more than enough space to relax and get ready for the bustle of Las Vegas. Communication was on point with the property manager at all times. Overall no issues, and would rent again.
