"Excellent place to stay."

"Our hairdryer was broken and the shower head had no pressure, so we had to change the room."

"Would have been a really nice room except we couldn’t open our curtains at all because our window was directly across from the pool gate. Was really disappointed about the location of the room."

"This hotel is in the perfect spot, close to food, the mall for shopping, universal is close which is why we were there, the hotel is beautiful and clean. My only issue is the 30 dollar fee to park a night is a little insane. Your already paying for so much than added on 30 dollars a day is crazy, also the parking situation with valet is just a mess. They had a wedding the same weekend we were there and the entrance was a disaster with cars not being able to get in or out. There is not enough...

"Staff was helpful. Our flight from Chicago got delayed by nine hours and the receptionist was nice enough to help me check in after hours letting me know where the card for a room was how to get in through the gates very helpful"

"Front desk staff was very helpful, efficient and professional. The room was very clean and well appointed. Ample toiletries. Would be nice to have a shower door instead of half glass."

"Very nice"

"First, the manager was up, seen nasty very rude. Our room had mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. We had to pay for parking. There were no coffee in the room. Everything was horrible. I would like you to give me at least some kind of disco for this hard experience."

"The only thing is the valet parking area could be a lot cleaner and have clear signage where to park. We arrived past 1 AM and it was not clear. The staff was great but they were not there at arrival."

"The guy working the front counter (Hassan) was super friendly and gave us a bunch of recommendations on what to do in the area, where to park and where to eat. Parking at the hotel was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again."

"Great breakfast. Very accomodating staff who let me check in early when the room became available. Close to UCLA. Will stay again."
