"The owner reached out to me as soon as I made my reservation. I was able to text him with questions before and after our arrival. The staff greeted us and made sure we were comfortable for the evening. My kids loved that we were staying in a "castle". The experience is very different from staying in a traditional hotel. "Very nice little hotel in Playa Bonita, Las Terrenas. Only reason I did not give them 5 stars i because the rooms need some updating, but every else was perfect, staff is super friendly, food st the hotel is great, and the hotel is very tranquil and the beach is probably the best part !! Would visit again without question."
