"The ultimate location for tourist attractions. We had a view of the Palace from our window! All the staff was great, but no one was more friendly than the door men. The rooftop bar surpassed my already high expectations in every way. Since we were guests, we got a table right away instead of waiting in line with other tourists. I paid the reasonable extra amount for a balcony and OMG it was amazing! I’ve stayed at other Riu hotels in other countries and this one is my favorite so far. Highly recommend it!"

"Fab hotel. Super location, great rooms, spotless tidy, live music while we there. Faultless (except pity the pool wasn't open). Any such an amazing gesture with a slice of cake and a lovely note ahead of my birthday 🎂. Thanks a mil for that. Highly recommended. As for Madrid. What a amazing city"
