"Resort is dated, but clean and the rooms are spacious, but dated, had everything we required. Balcony huge, with stunning views. Couldn’t get subbed! Was very busy, busier than usual apparently. Animation team kept the kids busy, pool bigger than it looks. Road works made it a nightmare to park- we hired a car, however we heard no noise or disturbances. Amenities close by including a Lidl. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would return."

"Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! Si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte del cuarto, tendrás que hacer un pago por ello, tómelo en cuenta. El baño no tiene la mejor presión de agua pero funciona. Lo mejor de la estadía fue la atención del personal sin duda!"

"I’ve been coming to this property for over 20 years and after a 6 year gap due to covid etc it was nice to be back. It’s 3 star so it’s basic but nice. Recently refurbished with better equipment in the mini kitchen and now even a hairdryer. No evening meals anymore, but plenty of options nearby. Pool nice but missing a few tiles which makes it look dirty, but I saw plenty of cleaning etc. grounds kept nice. Staff friendly. Used the laundry €6 for a wash. "The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. A great experience, lovely location, friendly staff and always willing to help."

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"Lovely location overlooking the sea. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed, although the bunk beds were a bit squeaky! Staff were quick to respond to any questions and helpful with local info. There is no parking at the hotel although you can park at the shopping centre round the corner for €50 for two weeks"

"The reception was lovely and welcoming, appt was fair for age just ceiling in bathroom had a leak upstairs and paint was falling in (no7). Disappointed that a bar and cafe was advertised and a drinks vending machine was in the front of it. Cleaners in and did a fab job. I would stay here again ."
