"Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer. We booked this property to relax with family and friends (3 couples and 3 children). We loved that it was quiet and peaceful. The property is quite large, and had everything we needed. It was a little hot in some of the bedrooms in the summer we were there, but we wouldn't trade the property for anywere else. "We had a really lovely stay at the finca. It is in a beautiful and peaceful location up in the hills, which is what we were looking for. It is not in the main tourist area which we appreciated and the local town was very nice. Its not the sunniest spot as is north facing and in the shadow of Mt Teide in the winter time, so sunshine hours were limited, but we were happy to drive to get to more sunny places in the day time. "The Finca Delicias are a small group of converted farm buildings located in a banana plantation near the beach and rock swimming pools of Alcala. The house was well presented, creatively furnished, and well equipped with generous amounts of space indoors and out. Incredible views of the ocean with the sun setting behind La Gomera each evening. The overall sense of tranquility and privacy was a welcome change from Costa Adeje."
