"Let´s start with positive things. Apartment is spacey and nice. It is placed on first floor, so it is not very sunny, what is very good thing during hot summer days. The view from balcony is amazing. Apartment house is situated in pretty calm place, even it is not far from the main road. But we are really not satisfied with the cleanness of this place.
