"Die Lage der Chalets ist super. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir eine Filterkaffeemaschine vermisst. Die Pads sind für Liebhaber nichts. Der kleine Backofen/ Mikrowelle ist leider nur ein Behelf. Ansonsten war alles super,auch das Essen im Restaurant Absolut empfehlenswert.. "

"Villa Ice in Chalet Genf is even lovelier than the photos - a newly converted 2 bed apartment with sauna. The decor is mountain chic - fab views and in a Beautiful location right on the Nordic ski track. Check in was delightful despite our slightly delayed arrival (make sure you check out the tunnel situation if arriving via Switzerland!). "Das Haus, die Lage war super, Mitarbeiter super, Betreuung während des Aufenthalts perfekt. Kleinigkeiten sind anzumerken: Küche war spärlich eingerichtet (z.B. keine große Tassen), beide Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss sind lieblos, ungemütlich. Einige Schönheitsmakel, aber das ist sicherlich der Menge der Belegung geschuldet. "

"Angefangen von der freundlichen und unkomplizierten Übergabe mit riesiger Geschenkbox voller lokaler kulinarischer Spezialitäten, über die Betreuung während und nach dem Aufenthalt gab es wirklich absolut nichs zu beanstanden. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber, großzügig und schlicht elegant eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung des Haupthauses mit der großen Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. "I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again. "
