"The Hotel on Phillips is wonderful! What a beautiful building, increadible historic lobby, great bar in what had been a save when it was a bank, and the room--no details missed. Seriously--one of the best places I've ever stayed. But one tip: get a room facing east (the river) or at least north. The street traffic was very noisy, all night long. We were on the third floor, so maybe height might help."

"The room seemed clean but had a stale smoke smell to it. I would imagine it used to be a smoking room a long time ago. Older feeling hotel. Decent place to stay. Great location if you need to be anywhere on the Avera campus as it's literally less than 5 minutes to get to pretty much any of the plazas. Also not a bad price for the night in Sioux Falls."
