The Little House

This gorgeous two-bedroom historic home has just been renovated and is ready for your stay. It's charming, sunny, clean and comfortable. Enjoy an idyllic neighborhood near downtown Laramie that's within walking distance of dining, shopping, breweries, nightlife, historic attractions, parks, two farmers' markets and the University of Wyoming.

This 100-year-old home has been totally upgraded and painted while retaining its historic personality, down to the original hardwood floors and cast-iron kitchen sink. Cook your meals in a charming kitchen with vintage tile flooring, relax in the living room filled with beautiful windows letting in tons of sunlight, or sit on the front porch and watch the neighborhood go by.

The wifi is fast and reliable, clocking in at just over 100 Mbps.

You'll have access to the whole main floor of the home, which includes a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a twin-sized fold-out bed.

The property has upstairs and downstairs guest units, which are accessed by separate private entrances. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the basement.

Great Thanksgiving in Laramie

We were in Laramie to spend Thanksgiving with our youngest son who is a graduate student at the University of Wyoming. Our stay was very pleasant and trouble free. The checkin was easy, the parking on the street in front of the house was convenient, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the rooms were bright and sunny. We had no issues and hope to stay there again.

The little house was the perfect base from which to explore Laramie and the Medicine Bow mountains. We loved the big, bright kitchen and small details, such as the cute Keurig and painted drawers and cabinets, that made it feel like a home.

Tidy Little House

Extremely clean and well organized house. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the backyard picnic table for dinner on warm evenings as well as the backyard Adirondacks or front porch chair for morning coffee. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place for Family or Small Group

This home is a great place for a family or small group to stay in. Having the number of beds available was perfect for us as we travelled for a soccer tournament. The pull-out bed in the living room is small - smaller than twins I have seen - but worked ok for our teenage boy. Having a separate room with 2 twins was great for the teen girls in our group. Floor creaks A LOT, so we respected the nightly quiet hours but found that the creaks were what made the most noise. Home was clean and updated nicely. Rooms kept warm well even with sub-zero temps outside. Host accommodated us nicely when we added one more night last minute due to weather closing roads. Coffee was made available by the host, as was water in the fridge, and cooking oil - these were nice touches for us. I would definitely stay here again!
