Great spot for my family of 6 to stay during our Snowy Range ski trip. Good communication from host and easy check-in & check-out. We went with another family of 6 and they stayed in the other unit, which worked really well.

This apartment was fantastic. Very clean and nicely furnished. Enjoyed that the kitchen had everything we needed - including sugar and condiments. The location was great. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. The location is perfect with easy access to downtown, the University and skiing at Snowy Range. We heavily utilize kitchens during our stays and this one was outfitted with everything we needed to prepare our "at home" meals. Joyce is an impeccable host. We had an issue we needed to reach out about during this trip and she was so responsive and got the issue taken care of ASAP. I'd highly recommend a stay in this historical property.

We had the best experience this weekend! The place was perfect and had everything we needed! It was super close to town and to the university! The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable for us! We will definitely stay here again!

Outstanding space, close to campus, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and attentive. Do not hesitate to stay here. As an added bonus, the income generated by this property supports historic preservation and the local history museum. Wonderful stay and wonderful cause!
