It was a nice room the most expensive room we got on our vacation and got in the shower the water go so hot you thought it was going to burn you then got so cold it would not stay the same the only thing i didn't like

The good: Check In was fast and easy, the room was clean. The bad: The common areas indoors and out were awful. Carpet in hallway hadn't been vacuumed in days weeks months? The courtyard was an overgrown weed patch. No attempt to even cut the weeds down. Rundown, seedy, unkept are words I would use to describe the outside and common areas.

Our stay was phenomenal! Management did an excellent job of taking care of our concerns. We had an unexpected road problem and they helped us solve this. The rooms were clean and bedroom spotless. There was a very large freezer and separate refrigerator that was new and super clean. Water was hot and had great pressure. Baylei was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Would stay again.

This is the cheapest hotel in Laramie. You can't expect this to be comparable to a Hilton or some other fancier hotel. It's in a safe area, the rooms are very big and spacious, and it has everything else you could need. I recommend the Budget Inn if you're looking for a good price!

Great value for the dollar. Exceeded expectations which were not very high. Rooms and bedding linens were clean and the room was presentable. The property itself is in an apparent state of disrepair/deterioration

Well…the front staff was great. Engaged and personable. Property left a lot to the imagination-but we decided to give it a go & just head to the room to sleep. After parking the car in the back 40, we turned the corner to see a midnight bbq. (Glad they were having a good time, looked like fun). As we opened the dilapidated outer door, (unlocked mind you) as well as the second security door, my mind began to wonder, ‘hmm…maybe not my best idea’. Got to room,which I could live with for a night-provided the doors did not get opened by a new unknown pal. Checked the ground level window to find it had no lock & was easily able to open. The fact that I was not sure if it could open from the outside was the breaking point. Life is too short to chance it.
