"Given a room with a stench of cigarettes. Thankfully I had it changed. Initial key given not working. Environment overgrown with grass. Surprisingly met instructions in the property that cooking was not allowed. Never saw that when booking. Cleanliness good though"

"Excellent accomodation on south side of belfast.a nice big apartment equiped with everything you need for along or short stay .the host very pleasant and friendly could not do enough for you .great value for money with breakfast included All seasons ideally located in a nice area to explore Belfast . We will most definitely stay again."

"So new the taxi drivers couldn't believe the address I gave them, this was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable, the service by staff amazing. Only down-side was lack of restaurants close by. Bus outside door and taxis reasonable."
