The AC wasn’t working. Our room was 28.5 degrees. Hot! We had to open the window and turn on a fan. In the early morning hours the garage trucks came by along with the glass recyclers. Breaking glass was noisy. My choice- be hot with window closed or lots of noise with window open.

Absolutely perfect stay! The staff was courteous and attentive, always. The room was elegant and clean... the free breakfast was phenomenal! The location is perfect too!

Great location and price. Breakfast was very good and included in the price which was a surprise. It was only a 15min walk into the west end.
We had a room at front wirh some street noise but it didnt bother us. It is London after all and we had the window open!
