"Cosy room. Clean bedding but the mattress sagged towards the middle which might have made 2 people sleeping in it uncomfortable"

"Room and bathroom newley renovated with lovely linens and fluffy towels provided. It had an ensuite, tea/coffee and kettle, a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, table and wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper you might struggle as there was a noise that went off frequently during the night (perhaps related to pub refridgeration or building heating?). Also the roman blinds needed to be put down in the bathroom to use the toilet due to it overlooking the parking space. Otherwise lovely stay and good value...

"A lovely quirky hotel in the centre of Southwold. The staff were brilliant in every area: reception, breakfast, bar, dinner. While the room was quite small, there were nice touches. Free parking is a bonus. It’s an old building so don’t expect air conditioning and there’s lots of creaky staircases. The seagulls are noisy in the morning but you’d expect that being next to the sea. We had breakfast and dinner both nights and the food quality was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this...

"This is our second visit to the hotel. Last year we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. This time, we stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage, it was stunning, especially the modern bathroom with lovely quality toiletries. Both the breakfast & dinner were delicious. We enjoyed being able to choose a cooked breakfast from their varied selection. Would highly recommend. "

The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. "We got upgraded to a studio apartment as needed a ground floor for disability. Bar man was very helpful and showed us the key codes etc. very appreciative for upgrading. Thank you Wolf Inn for a great night stay . "

"The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful "
