"Grey St Hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Newcastle. Right in the heart of the action, but still quiet in the room at night. We arrived by train and the station is only a short walk away. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times, as were the housekeeping staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, had lovely high ceilings and sleek decor. The hotel was also incredible value. I’d love to go back and try the spa facilities :-)"

"Great time. Enjoyed a meal in the Rib room. Spa facilities were super and definitely great getting us ready for a wedding, also dealing with the consequences from the wedding. "

"What stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge. Pure comfort and luxury, if we didn’t have plans I would have chilled in the room more, that’s how nice the room was. "

"The perfect hotel! Room 229, more like an apartment than hotel room. All spotless, and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was usual buffet style woth plenty of other options if needed. Local for everything that was needed myself as well."
