"Our rooms were clean although missing a pillowcase for the pullout couch and the shower flower mate. The room offered plenty of space and comfortable. The view was very nice. The breakfast had many options and very clean eating area. Breakfast time was from 6:30-9am. It would have been nice to have breakfast until 10am just to cut down the congestion of people right before breakfast was over."

"Our room was clean with newer updates but the bathroom could have used a refresh - it is a bit outdated. 2 of the bathroom bulbs had blown and weren't working. The hotel itself is outdated but the staff were great at checking in and out. The breakfast was enjoyed by my son but there could have been more options available. The ease of parking was good too."

"carpeting in hallways was disgusting, elevator was out of service, condition of bathroom was poorly painted with drywall patchwork sub par: this place needs to be renovated. otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean."

"What a perfect spot for our larger family! Plenty of room for our three adult sons to stay for the Thanksgiving weekend. Beautifully updated,convenient and safe location in Hampton. Perfect space for our family during the holiday! "

"We stayed here with a group of 10 for a family reunion in Hampton, VA. The house was easy to find and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, which we really appreciated.The house was mostly clean, though the living room could have used a little extra attention. We also found that the common area seating was limited—it would have been nice to have a bit more space for everyone to sit together and eat or chat.Our biggest issue was with the beds. In three of the six bedrooms, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and felt more like box springs than actual beds. This definitely impacted the quality of sleep for several of us.Despite that, we had a great time and the home worked well for our group. With a few improvements, especially in bedding and seating, this place could be fantastic. We’d consider staying here again."
