"The hotel room was very comfortable and is well designed. The hotel description says there is limited parking but the opposite is true and we were only charged 3 pounds per night. The staff were all very nice and the breakfast was great. The other amazing thing is that the rooms at the back overlook a giant pond which is teeming with wildlife and we saw a common kestrel hunting above the pond."

"I was very much looking forward to my stay the the Hotel , it was a treat for myself as i was attending a wedding over the weeknd However i dont think i will be back any time soon :-( I stayed in room 16 and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom ( not sure what is was ) but I had definitely no sleep at all. Reported to reception but they seem not be bothered at all. Also very loud noise in the evenings. Seen few men's in they underwear running up and down. The corridor knocking to each rooms like kids .. Unfortunately im not impressed with my say at the hotel. Definitely over price hotel. Breakfast was ok , my breakfast order came wrong but again the waiter ( male) was not bothered ether .... you have to pay for cappuccino etc ,"

"Cleaning needs more attention. Insufficient pressure to hot water to shower or take a bath, very very disappointing. Sink tap has plenty off pressure for cold and hot water . Food served incomplete at the table with with mushrooms, scampi, onion rings and tartar sauce missing , waitress apologised but only scampi was brought to table in the end.... Three more tables around had same issue with missing food not what's been advertised on the menu. On a Tuesday evening it wasn't even busy and can't or don't want to serve all the food that has been ordered Expensive considering the quality and the missing food .. Breakfast was OK although no ground coffee just instant coffee"

"Room clean . Comfortable bed complimentary water . Biscuits and good selection of teas and coffee even hot chocolate. Staff amazing couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast amazing good parking plenty of spaces. The only downside for not very tall people the bath was quite high to get in to have a shower. Overall a lovely place to stay"
