"A nice hotel, looks a little aged but staff are friendly and helpful which adds to the experience. My only man was about the standard of the food. On my second night had a T-bone steak from the menu which I left most of as it was so tough. Mind you the previous nights curry want anything to write home about."

"It is a nice place, but very remote, nice and quiet. You NEED your own translation. The taxi called by the Hotel to take us to a restaurant for dinner charged us $30 US for the ride, and we had to wait 49 minutes for him to respond to our call for our pickup. The host tried to get the TV and Internet working, neither ever worked. There are two very nice dogs that live there, friendly with no problem. There are young cats/kittens that can be a pest. "Lovely in every way. Kifaru will be a place we stay again and again. Wonderful location, beautiful property, lovely home. The staff is so welcoming. Moses the groundskeeper is just one of the best. Fred is an amazing cook. We were a larger group so were able to purchase food and he cooked it for us. Kaka and Rosie the dogs are just the best to have around. Kifaru is a gem!"
