"Very nice property. Pretty place and has a kind of old English colonial vibe to it. Very cool. Very close to giraffe manor and the conservatory. I’d go there again if in Nairobi. The staff were very helpful and nice."

"Beautiful property, great staff, great location."

"This turned out to be the best experience of our trip. Gorgeous property in a safe and walkable area to many restaurants and shops. The staff are so kind, helpful, and go over and above to ensure guests are happy. There’s a wonderful restaurant on the property. Great food and great variety. Excellent coffee. This property supports the Kibera community by donating profits to the community. There’s a shop on the property where you can buy beautiful crafts, jewelry made in the community. Everyone...

"The staff was very nice"

"Absolutely lovely staff who make you feel welcome and relaxed. Clean, huge, comfortable rooms with love put into their design. Beautiful gardens and pool to wind down in. Breakfast to order included. Tasty daily lunch/dinner menu always with variety of choice, including a vegetarian dish. Surrounded by quiet streets, walkable in daylight to nearby malls, supermarkets, restaurants, etc."

"Lovely stay."

"Edaala Comfort is a hidden gem with a warm, authentic Kenya atmosphere. The area called Karen felt totally safe, with plenty of local shops nearby, and it’s perfectly located — just minutes from Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and the Giraffe Centre. The property is secure, the breakfast is great, and getting around is easy since Uber is cheap and readily available. Overall, a fantastic place to stay."

"Excellent service. Large comfortable room. Buffet breakfast great selection and good quality. Lunch and dinner in bistro restaurant (Tenbo) moderate at best. Burger was good but club sandwich and steak sandwich both extremely greasy."

"Pretty impressive hotel with an amazing ambience and well maintained rooms. I enjoyed my stay here and the breakfast had a good selection."

"Very nice place, staff are great, easy to access "

"Lovely staff. Lovely location. Good food. Excellent for Wilson airport."

"Not a great place to stat, noisy, poor service and generally doesn't live up to the first impression. Windows didn't close, mosquitoes able to come in, slowest service know nine any hotel in Kenya! Staff oke us up to demand that we sign for a meal despite it being paid by card. You can do so much better for this price....Avoid!"

"Fair Acres Boutique Hotel is absolutely stunning, with a level of beauty that is evident from the moment you arrive. The property is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and visually striking, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the stay. Every area of the hotel reflects care and elegance, making it a truly beautiful place to relax. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, consistently ensuring that guest needs were met with professionalism and kindness. The only concern we...

"Bit dated feeling and clearly not as nice as its sister property in Nairobi. The staff were nice. Food was fine. A nice enough stay but not particularly memorable."
