"Little disappointed our room was not ready at 3pm then as we were waiting staff without asking swapped our room for another we walked in to balloons a card to another person saying happy birthday and a bottle of wine in the fridge. This could have been a discussion as I had booked months ahead and got a room at the back of the building with absolutely no view at all. No conversation about the room change very disappointing. Bed was very comfortable and good water pressure."
