"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. Wish we were able to use the spa but nothing showed how, and waiting at the front desk was a...

What we did not like was the shower glass panel was missing the seal at the bottom so there was water on the floor"

"Clean and well maintained facility. Staff members are friendly, and our room was facing back side of the main road and super quiet.
The blackout curtain worked well too. Enjoyed the breakfast also. It was a great stay visiting Trier. "
