"Spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. Easy, secure parking. As we arrived in hot weather, we found the apartment very hot with only one fan. With the windows open it was rather noisy as it’s on a busy road. "

"Nice position close to main shops , parking opposite in carpark. Easy access to premises and flat. Tv but no controls , small bedroom but cosy."

"No instructions for any equipment. A fuse kept popping blowing the tv. Cupboards set for people over six foot tall. Only just enough crockery and cutlery for three people. No milk jug. No egg cups. No cupboard space for dry goods. No bins or bags for recycling. It could not have been more bare of every day items unless they took out the chairs, of which there are non in either bedroom. I had to ask for a potato peeler. Only one teacloth for a ten day stay. The freezer needed defrosting badly....

"Booking was for room only which was fine. Self check in worked well and I was allowed to arrive early which gave me time to explore the area. I walked from the ferry terminal which was only 15 minutes away. There is sufficient car parking at the hotel. Very quiet and pleasant room. Very comfy bed and everything very clean. Local pub good for food in evening. Interesting watching many massive lorries sounding their horns when going past the outside diners! "

"Spacious, comfy bedroom for our family of 4. We all enjoyed the swimming pool facilities, as well as the TNT football, which the staff kindly put on for me to watch Palace's famous Community Shield victory over Liverpool, while being served a number of perfectly chilled draught Stellas from the bar. The breakfast was also reasonably priced (children up to 14 eat free) and very tasty. Thank you for a memorable stay!"
