"The hotel is two mins away from the start of park run . On street parking not a problem . Friendly service from staff . Hotels . Com states breakfast on a weekend is until 10am however it’s until 0930 which was a concern , but the staff said no problem and saved me some breakfast . Hotels. Com says check out is 1030 but hotel states 10am . We was able to leave for 10am. Room was adequate , it was a hot night due to the weather , so radiators being turned on made it slightly uncomfortable . Tv in the room was free view and sadly didn’t have terrestrial channels which just meant we couldn’t watch tv . I would recommend for park run the staff go the extra mile for you and I hope I ease anyone’s concerns who want to do morecambe park run and want some where near to stay , this is the place ."

"Lovely B&B. Great breakfast. Had a very nice room with a bath. Separate, easy to use entrance for the rooms over the pub. Room was by the road, but nice and quiet. Lovely walks in the surrounding area and lots of spring lambs! Will be back!"

"Really good stay, staff are always really helpful, room clean and comfortable. Sometimes the wifi can drop but it's manageble with working. Rooms nearby were quiet noisy this time, I've stayed before and never heard anyone, all was quiet by midnight and a good nights sleep. Overall recommend, lovely location and great value, thank you team"
