It feels that just because it’s rated as a highly that everything has to be so super expensive a Mojito was almost $55 for a double everything in the restaurants was very expensive.The beach was a catastrophe. There was so much seaweed. It was difficult to enjoy it. There was only one pool open and they closed it at 5 PM would not stay here again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Everything was Amazing!

Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was literally the best hotel with the best location and all the best amenities. We had an excellent time staying here. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. They had a lot of good food options and the best rooftop bar in Miami. It’s literally connected to the mall It doesn’t get better than that. The hotel was very lively with a lot of people and it made our say that much more fun.
