"The views over Lamego are fantastic. It is only a short walk into the old town (albeit uphill on the way back). Having parking on site is ideal as Lamego can be very busy and difficult to park in the centre. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very nice, great bed."

Being just a short drive to the town made it easy to get provisions and the location worked out well for us to explore the Douro Valley and its many treasures.
