The food at the restaurant was a highlight—delicious Moroccan dishes full of flavor and beautifully presented. The chef clearly takes great pride in every plate, and the restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive. And I must mention the spa—an oasis of peace and relaxation. "We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager "
