"We booked the house with my kids and family from airport to the house and we got surprise. The house was rented to someone else and the agent we can talk with her and she said there’s nothing she can do. She left us just like that very bad experience and it cost me thousand dollars to manage another property had a last-minute. "

"Terrible experience. They made us wait 3 hours because apartment was not ready and then they gave us a different apartment to one which I actually booked and paid for. Terrible communication, bad wifi, lack of utensils, no toiletries."

"My host Mohammed was not only very friendly and approachable but was very communicative and went out of his was to make sure I had a smooth and safe stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Conversations with locals and expats by the swimming pool was an absolute delight. It is waking distance to many local treasures YSL museum is a must! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this hidden gem!!!"

"La soeur de la gerante c’est elle qui gere a l’arriver une femme juste tres tres gentille merci a elle . L’appartement est propre mais dommage que plusieurs choses ne fonctionnent pas comme la clim au salon et la salle de bain a coter des chambre si non tout etait parfait . La remarque que j’aimerais faire est le monsieur qui surveille la piscine il est très désagréable "

"It was a no so good stay overall. The appartement cleanliness was disappointing, no working air conditioning in a city where temperature was above 45 degrees Celsius. No swimming pool as photos showed (broken) and finally no communication at all except for checking in and out. A lot of work to do for the owner to match the photos used in the reservation step."
