"Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This place is a gem! Absolutely looks exactly like the listing photos. We had everything we needed and things we didn’t even think of were also provided. Fran, the contact was incredibly easy to work with and was quick with responses to questions that came up. The location is absolutely perfect, less than 2 blocks from the gulf side which has a beautiful sandy beach and less than 5 blocks from the Bay side for a less salty and wavy experience and use of showers and bathroom here. "Stay went well. Nice to have met Shannon in person, was helpful getting situated upon arrival! Suggestions: had some difficulty accessing wi/fi. Instruction folder in unit with information on wi/fi access and how to use tv settings maybe helpful! Shade on side door glass would enhance privacy! Overall very quiet setting and comfortable bed to sleep in!"

There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. "We will very impressed with this listing. The beach is only a 4 minute walk and it is super close to restaurants and Publix! We didn’t use our cars and loved being able to walk anywhere we needed to go. The pool was amazing for after the beach and the parking situation was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this listing more for a family or girls trip with about 6-7 people. We would 100% stay again and I have also recommended it to family/friends"

"The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available....
