Palm Oasis Villa East is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground level condo that is walking distance to pristine Gulf beaches. This duplex Villa has lush tropical landscaping and the heated shared pool is surrounded by a privacy fence. Relax in the chaise loungers before you fire up the BBQ grill for your favorite grill specials. Each unit has its own private back patio with a 6 person dining table and grill. There is plenty of brick paver deck space to soak up the Florida sunshine! This property can be rented together with its neighboring Villa West VRBO listing 1410300 to serve as a family retreat, providing a level of privacy that a single-family home does not offer. Also, this is a perfect Villa duplex for in-laws or grandparents.

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and the second bedroom has Twin beds and a trundle bed (pulls out of the twin bed). This unit comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The trundle is recommended for a child.

This home is centrally located on Anna Maria Island. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, free trolley stop and of course the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

We enjoyed ourselves. The location is great. Loved the close proximity to the beach and we greatly appreciated the wagon to haul the beach chairs, umbrellas and floaties. Plenty of towels as well.

This is our second time staying here, and it has become our home away from home. Its located on the northern half of the island, so it's not as busy as some parts. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is quite lovely. The kitchen and closets are well stocked. We will be back!

Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Excellent communication with the host. As the listing says, there is a shared pool with the West unit. We were lucky to have nice, quiet neighbors and had the pool to ourselves most of the time.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property with our family of 4. The pool was beautiful and perfect for my kids ages 3 and 5. The rooms were good sizes and bathroom accommodating for our group. The kitchen had all the items we needed and there is an outdoor laundry room. Pool floats and beach gear (wagon boogie boards sand toys )are available too. We loved the board games too. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach was not crowded at the beach access on 74th street. We loved the clear water and perfect weather! We would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is the cooking wear was a I bit old. Other than that, We loved everything about this place! We felt safe, comfy, & relaxed! The short 5min walk to the beach was super nice! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It’s our second time staying here over the last 3 years. Great location and super close to the beach! We loved having the pool right outside the door. The only con is that the condo itself could use some updates and just a “freshening up”. The couch was pretty dirty but we covered with a sheet so it was ok. Overall we had a great time, the condo had everything we needed and we would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to AMI. The home was very clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool and beautiful landscaping, and ate most of our meals outside. We had takeout from the Island Grill and Poppa’s Taqueria, doughnuts from The Donut Experiment, key lime pie and cake from Hometown Desserts, and we grilled seafood from the Fresh Seafood Market, and recommend all of them. Will return to AMI again next year, and will definitely try to stay here.

We love this house especially the pool. My kids enjoy most of the time before and after the a day at the beach. It’s very warm and also refreshing. Perfect size for big kids who like to swim and dive deep and sallow part for a baby to enjoy the water as well. The house had fully load kitchen equipment and fully stocked, very clean and functional, plenty of beach towel, extras bed sheet’s ,pillows. perfect for a family of five, less then 2 block from the beach, well maintain pool and ground garden, the bed is comfortable and clean. back yard is big and had a grill and a table to dine out. Laundry is in the back yard as well. Pool and beach equipment are a plus. I had a good use out of it. We very love this house and for sure will rent it again next year.

This is the 5th time staying at the Palm Oasis and we loved it as always. There were some nice upgrades like new lighting fixtures and fans. The cupboards were more organized and it was cleaner overall. The pool is always a favorite and there is plenty of beach gear available. On the flipside, the wifi tends to drop out or says it is full. It kicks the devices off stating there are too many. We would appreciate a few more washcloths. We just headed to the Dollar Tree for a few to supplement. Thanks for a relaxing week in a beach location!

This was a great property, good location and very clean. The only suggestion would be to have the basic necessities. We arrived at 2am from Colorado and there was half a roll of toilet paper, no coffee, diluted hand soap, so we had to run to the store to pick up these items. Would have been so nice to wake up and have enough coffee and basic necessities to get us through the morning. Dish soap and laundry detergent would have also been nice. Enough to hand wash one or two pots and run one load of laundry.

We had the best time! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated, and the beds and the spacious corner couch were comfy. The patio is like a little slice of paradise, with reclining chairs and beautiful palm trees and landscaping. The kitchen was VERY well stocked, better than I have ever seen. There was even a full box of trash bags under the sink and we didn't have to buy paper towels, etc for the week. There was plenty of bedding and towels, and a handy box of beach towels just inside the door. There's also a beach wagon with plenty of toys and chairs in the back. Truly, I think the owner thought of everything. Down to extra batteries in the closest for when the smoke alarm started beeping. We were very comfortable here, and will be back!
