"Accommodation was great and the property was very well kept. Lots of options at the continental breakfast, and a great staff. It was nice to stay in a quieter area than in the middle of the city. "

Excellent
I have lived in this area (Tacoma, Lakewood, University Place) for 20 years. I just left last year. I came back briefly for a visit. I noticed there's less homeless people which is good. I feel bad for thise folks. All in all, Lakewood has been good

Good
I like Lakewood, it's very diverse. Lakewood has a lot of restaurants, little shops, shopping and parks. We had fun! Overall, except for the huge pot holes and bumby crappy roads it was great
"It was keep in surprisingly good condition. It did have a lot of homeless people in the area and was inexpensive compared to other stays in the area. I wasn't expecting much. But to my surprise the room was very well kept and the shower was great. The staff was also very friendly."
"It is a clean facility. I often find hotel room showers to be lacking but this place had a good water pressure. Breakfast was also good and everyday we enjoyed their home baked cookies and coffee next to the breakfast room. It comes with an easy access parking with an ample room. Highly recommended."
