"We had a handicap accessible room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great. I liked the bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in bottles in the shower to use. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety hot food (eggs, meat,oatmeal, and waffles). Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cartons of milk. Sweet rolls, muffins, scones. If you left hungry it was your own fault. We will stay here again when we come to visit family."

"The elevator was out of action throughout my stay - not really a problem for me but I was told it was due for imminent repair but I didn't see any work going on. Room was clean and comfortable but looking tired. Public areas were looking tired too. Staff all friendly and helpful and the free coffee and well stocked mini-store were very much appreciated"

"Room 108 was dark, dingy and damp. Nothing would dry. On our last night my wife found the reason why: an access panel for the bathroom plumbing was open. The cover would not latch so the panel was just propped against the hole leaving it part way open. Room 108 being on the ground floor slab, this meant the hole opened directly into the ground underneath. Whether the other rooms are like this or not I cannot say.
