"Our family had a great time staying at the cottage “Cherry on top”. At first I didn’t realize that this property wasn’t technically in the gates of lakeside. I was a little worried about that being an inconvenience but it worked out just fine! We spoke with the gate manager at lakeside about golf carts that we could rent to bring in and out and she gave us Kerry’s number with Sandusky golf cart which made for an easy and short trip in and out of the gate. I’m sure it saved us some money as well not being in lakeside proper. I won’t let that deter me from staying here again. The reviews also mention the bathroom being small which is true, but the shower was a standard size so that was all the mattered to me. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air was working great in all spaces! I would recommend this cottage to others! Walter was quick to respond with all questions and very accommodating. I’m looking forward to another trip next year!"
