"I paid ZAR1500 for a luxury room for two. It had specified a queen bed. On arrival at reception, no mention was made of the fact that the room which we had booked was actually not given to us and there had been a mess up with our booking. We only discovered this when we arrived at our room and after we had paid at reception. We were thus charged ZAR1500 for a very average room with two single beds.
