"We stayed at Mountain View Resort and Suites for 4 nights and overall had a great experience. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a major power outage in the area, and we were without power for about 30 hours. With no electricity, gas stations, restaurants, and most businesses were also closed, making it a very challenging situation.
Despite everything being completely out of the resort's control, the owner went above and beyond to help guests however he could. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about making everyone's stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. His communication and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
The resort itself was clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and the owner's dedication to his guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Mountain View Resort and Suites to anyone visiting Fairmont Hot Springs."
