"The towel holder by the sink in the room was broken, duck tape holding something in place an the AC unit, floors dirty. Please clean or replace the carpet in the hallway........covering up the smell with perfume is not very welcoming. Only the outside of the building and the LVT flooring in the rooms have been replaced. (The door to exit the building had been hit with something but the shattered glass had not broken through yet.) The existing furniture is in very bad shape. On the plus side...
