Plus, it’s located just a 5-minute drive from all the  amenities, including the beach, pools, and Wellness center. Quail Cove 1626 offers all the comforts of home, including a gas stone fireplace in the living room, and it has beautiful mountain views from a deck with a screened-in porch with plenty of outdoor seating. A new wooden dining room table with seating for 6 is in the dining area. The dining room area opens to the living room, which has plush seating for up to 8 on hardwood floors. A new 55" Smart TV allows guests to access their Netflix, Amazon or Hulu accounts for indoor entertainment. Also, there is newly-added high-speed wireless Internet. 

 

This condo also includes cable TVs in 2 of the bedrooms, hair dryer, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, microwave, dishwasher, drip type coffee maker, and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath with a new shower. The master opens to a private deck with a high-top table so you can start your day with a cup of coffee and a mountain view. The second bedroom has a queen bed, sharing a hallway bath with the third bedroom, which has two twin beds and a rollaway twin bed. The comfortable size, with easy access to lake, pools, restaurants and golf courses, make this a great choice for a family vacation rental. Although not equipped as handicap accessible, this condo has no entry step, plenty of close parking, and everything is on one level. The master bath shower has just been redone and has only a small lip, for easy access for anyone with limited mobility. The unit is perfect for families, including those with elderly members joining them for the family vacation.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
