"Rooms were clean and the property seems to have recently renovated. It’s an older property but none of the funky carpet or smells that older properties sometimes have. Fast food options very close by and only about 25 minutes from more upscale dining options in Beaufort and surrounding area. Very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again."

"My family stayed for a wedding weekend, and we were located close to all major events..the Bridal Luncheon at Lowcountry Living Room (which is a fabulous venue) and the Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception both of which were held at Cotton Hall (also great). This place was perfect for what we needed. It was quiet, clean, and stocked with enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish cloths, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, shower supplies (body soap, shampoo, conditioner). The home was not luxurious by any means, but more importantly it was comfortable, warm, inviting, and a place where you felt at home. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs that were all about the luxury and were missing the warmth and hospitality… and you could forget the toilet paper once you used what was on the roll. So I know what I’m talking about. Our host was very accommodating, and answered my questions quickly. I don’t know if I’ll ever have the need to rent again in Yemassee, but if I do, this VRBO will see my family again."

"Based on a few things I saw in reviews and around the property I think it's under fairly new ownership, and they have really worked to turn it around! Room and breakfast area were clean, staff were super polite. For a roadside motel it was a great price and exactly what I would want and expect."

"We had a great stay at Christine's. We stopped for the night after a long day of travel and it was a quiet and peaceful place. Everything was as described. Lots of space for the dogs to run. Easy instructions for checking in and out. Comfortable bed and sofa. Some improvements were in process during our stay but everything was left neat and tidy. Would return."
