The Ash House is a quaint little house with 2 bedrooms and one bath. Perfect for 2 to 4 people. Ideally located, within walking distance of the famous Docksider Lounge and restaurant on the lake with inside / outside seating.
The perfect location for families or couples to enjoy a getaway and still enjoy amazing restaurants, Breweries, Factory Outlets shopping, 6 Flag Fun Park and Lodge, Skiing, biking, hiking the Adirondacks to horseback riding and everything Lake George and the Adirondacks have to offer!
Saratoga Springs Race Way, SPAC concert hall and Saratoga casino who bring in Top Name Performers are approximately 20 minutes away.
The Glen Lake Canoe Launch (Access from the launch is restricted to canoes and kayaks. No motor boats).
This half-acre park is located adjacent to The Docksider Restaurant on Glen Lake in Queensbury, NY. Parking is limited, and trailers of any size/kind and swimming are prohibited.
The Canoe Launch features the following amenities:
• Free Boat Launch Site For Canoes & Kayaks
• Canoe/Kayak Storage Rack (Permit Required)
• Picnic Tables
• Portable Restroom
• Fishing Dock
• Parking Area Off Glen Road Road
The public can access this park seasonally during daylight hours.
The Ash House is just 300 ft from the trail head at Sullivans Preserve. The preserve is open year round during daylight hours where you can explore the 70 acres on their 2.5 miles of trails. Trail maps are available at the trail head.

We are also a short 0.3 mile walk or ride to the Warren County Bikeway. A beautiful 9.2-mile long paved bike path that travels from Lake George through the Glens Falls Region where you can pick up other trails to various areas.
Another favorite spot just 0.7 miles away is The Full Moon bar / restaurant. Many locals enjoy regularly and visit it several times a week, to dine in / take out or for drinks and appetizers.
