"From the outside, looked very hole in the wall, but looks can be deceiving. Staff was very professional, friendly & welcoming (we ended up arriving around 1030p). Room on 2nd floor, not bad of a walk up the stairs. Room, so nice & spacious. Comfortable king size bed & little sofa with plenty of space to move & have your stuff! Did not feel cramped at all. Microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Bathroom area, awesome, it actually had an exhaust vent, which I feel is rare for hotels now. Definitely returning. We come yearly to Lake Geneva,& it’s rare to find an affordable spot to stay in. This will be our yearly hotel."

"We completely enjoyed our stay. The front patio looking at the lake was a great place for our group of 8 to relax and chat. The location is fantastic! We parked our cars at Bella Vista and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I could only suggest that a full length mirror might be installed in the suites since there was only one mirror in the room (above the sink in the bathroom)."

"Very historical place, there are remodeling and doing a great job, very clean, everything you need right on the property. The manager Eric, is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant on site has very good food and the service is excellent to hidden gem"
