"Overall, it was good. We just left early since our infant couldn’t sleep with the noise. Pros: - location, walkable to everything - cleaned - had pool access (didn’t use though) - left us a couple of water bottles and had coffee pods - basic kitchen supplies - parking included - host was approachable and communicated well Cons: - cleaning left a strong smell - walls are thin (lots of noise from hallway and upstairs) - bed right next to the door so you hear everything, even a convo between people walking by"

"The view of Lake Geneva was amazing from the room's balcony, and even better at their outdoor patio facing the lake. We very much enjoyed the incredible sauna/hot tub/pool combination also."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Our grandchildren really loved the pool area, especially the kiddie pool. It was such a nice spacious area. Great hot tub. I only gave the hotel 4 stars because the beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses were very bouncy and one of the mattresses dipped in the middle. Other than that, we loved our room, it was very spacious. We did have to deal with rowdy hotel guests walking down the hall in the middle of the night waking us up, but the hotel can't be blamed for that."

"We loved it! Very clean and excellent location right on Lake Geneva in the midst of the busy area. Great balcony for people watching. Being above a bistro didn't bother us, we knew before booking that was the situation. We would totally stay here again! We missed having Kleenex but that's my fault for not checking to see if that was provided. Our only issue was nothing the owners could control, the neighboring restaurant (Oakfire) kept their indoor lights on all night, even after closing, which lit up the balcony area."
