"Great stay! My only feedback is on the housekeeping procedures and the pillows. King sized beds should have king sized pillows, and should come with both soft and firm options. The pillows provided were lumpy, limp and felt kind of old. As for the housekeeping, a small placard in the bathroom says housekeeping services are offered every other day, which I find a bit stingy- leftover from Covid most likely. If you need your room tended to for basics like trash/towels then you need to notify them...

"Our room was spacious. They didn't have a coffeemaker in the room since the coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The towels were very thin, the toilet paper felt like it was 1-ply. The shower in the room was dripping half of the water via the spout below since the mechanism wasn't working properly. That left us with very low pressure showers on the 4th floor."

"We chose this hotel because they have a pool. My teen daughter took 1 look at the debris and bugs floating in it and said no way. The pillows are small and lumpy. But this room single handedly made me realize just how done with hotels I am after this trip. The only curtain covering the window is a sheer white curtain. So you drive all day, go to bed late and exhausted, and you get woke up at 5:45am from the sun coming up. Then some of us still need to drive all day the next day. Now we feel like...

"Our key cards did not work on the second evening, but the desk clerk quickly took care of the problem. The only other thing that I could see as an improvement is, I wish the weekend breakfast would’ve started at six like the weekday breakfast. I still give high marks because everything else was good. Those were only minor things I wanted to write down."

"It was disappointing that they assigned me a room for disabled when I clearly selected a standard normal room when I made my reservation. I was informed by the receptionist that Expedia made an error. I stayed for 3 nights without full room service. My bedding was not arranged as well. Disappointing....."

"They include free fountain drinks which is a great benefit when you have kids. The free breakfast is nice to and healthy options as well. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint is the walls are thin so their was a lot of weird noises in the middle of the night which kept my little one up, which in turn kept me up with the little one."

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. Breakfast had lots of choices and space to eat. Laundry is available 24 hours. Room was very clean and roomy. Only complaint was the lukewarm shower. Other than that, it would have been an excellent stay. Hotel was convenient to everything you could need- restaurants (Culver's- excellent), stores, and gas stations. Amish Store around the corner had the best raspberry pie I ever had."

"The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall.
