"We weren’t able to use the airport shuttle. Upon arrival, we would have waited at least 30 minutes. Upon departure, we had a booking and ticket for the 5am shuttle. The hotel booked 23 people into a shuttle that seats 7. I was told that most of the people were from the La Quinta, not even the Hyatt. Staff was completely unhelpful and uncaring. A filthy foot pad from a shoe greeted us in our room and the rest of the room was clearly given only the most basic cleaning. Go elsewhere."
