"Great stay. Right across the street from the general store just in case we forgot something, or the always important necessity...ICE. Everything was very close...Big Bend entrance is 5 minutes down the road, and the restaurants and bars are 10-15 minutes away. The POOL was a great feature. We spent a good amount of time up there... again amazing views!"

"Pool House number 2 was a perfect home base for our Big Bend National Park trip. The house had everything we needed and was in a beautiful location (close enough to town, but far away enough to enjoy nature). My family (2 adults, 2 older kids) loved our stay here and definitely would recommend it to anyone and already are thinking about our return trip. "

"Great location. Very close to the western entrance to BIBE. I stayed at an electric campsite with no water. There’s a men’s and women’s bathroom with a single shower in each. However, you cannot flush the toilet or brush your teeth without adding a quarter to the shower? And if the quarter just returns, you get no water. Tried to explain to housekeeping but was a miscommunication. The diner is awesome with very friendly staff and great food! Will bring my own shower next time I stay. "

"WOW! What a fun house. We watched the sunset from the pool and turned around and watched the stars by the campfire. Really enjoyed the eye for detail in the construction of the house. You can even see the stars from your bed or while taking shower outside. We will definitely be back. PS. Thanks for letting us bring Miss Belle. "
