MY BACK is full of Algae. I made the staff about it, the one who clean the Swimming pool & front Desk Staff, who only said “I’m sorry” didn’t bother What I feel. "

"Traveled with seniors and this property was not “senior friendly”. Mold in rooms including bathroom which were in need of updates. Staff was trying to be helpful but they had limited resources. Disappointing especially since we expected a comparable decent experience as QM in Downtown Lucena."

"This hotel can’t cost 110 usd (price I paid for one night). Terrible experience with very noisy air conditioner, very small and unconformable room and breakfast with very limited chose to 1 pancake and 1 egg.. if you want more, pay extra. Never seen like that in my experience before.. "
