"Great location, staff was great."

"We have stayed at Laguna Beach House a few times over the years due to its location and price. We will not be staying here again as their management has changed to a nickel/dime hidden cost operation. First off was the $60/night parking fee during checkin. We elected to park elsewhere. "Good location very close to a lovely beach and park. Covered parking was included in the price Room was very clean and quiet. Our room was upstairs, but the manager was kind enough to help us with our bags. We had some water and treats along with a thank you note in the room on arrival. The beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay there again!"

"Beautiful quaint hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Beautiful views of the ocean, quiet although it was sold out for ohana fest. Walls are thick!"

"Location was perfect; front desk staff was super helpful, coffee, pastries and filtered water in lobby. Offered us beach towels and an umbrella and directed us to a top beach."

"The room was clean and breakfast was good."

"This place is a bit run down and needs some TLC. Several leaks with buckets out to catch the drips. Washer and dryer doesnt clean well or dry well. Electrical outlets dont all work. Bedding is old sometimes stained. This place could use some updates. Needs consistent fruit selections at breakfast as well as bagels."
