EMERALD BAY can be summed up in two words…Absolute Paradise! This surprisingly spacious 3,100 s.f. luxury beachside villa is located in the coveted gate guarded community of Emerald Bay Estates. This beach rental has wall to wall windows and 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with panoramic ocean views from almost every room. This beach side jewel also has a second master bedroom with en-suite, or 4th bedroom and 4th bathroom, easily accessed from the main house but does have it’s own private entrance if needed.

There are private ocean view balconies and patios offering the perfect setting for entertaining, a family barbecue, or just watching the magnificent California sunset every evening. Emerald Bay is the ideal home for an extended family vacation, temporary relocation, or short term housing for an executive and family work / play stay.

SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 21 years minimum age staying at the house during the term of the guest stay.

MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is available 24 / 7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The single flight of solid wood circular stairs lead directly into a spacious loft which also doubles as a small office. The views are spectacular! The loft is adjacent to the master bedroom and master en-suite. The second story is devoted only to the master bedroom and loft and is completely private. The master bathroom suite is equally amazing with walk in shower, double sinks, skylights, and other custom details.

On the first floor or main living level there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed and access to one of the ocean view balconies. The other bedroom located at the front of the house offers 2 twin beds… a perfect child’s retreat! Each full bathroom can be dedicated to a bedroom but both bathrooms can be accessed as a guest bathrooms as well.

A single flight of brick steps just outside the kitchen door lead down the side of the home to the the fourth bedroom, or second master bedroom. This spacious suite offers a queen size bed, private full bathroom, and screened patio with indirect views of the ocean and tidepools. This bedroom suite is perfect for in-laws, grandparents, or the unexpected overnight guest.

LIVING SPACES: The living room offers wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows with a wood burning fireplace. It opens to an ocean view deck with comfortable lounging furniture with gas barbecue located near the kitchen. There is a separate TV sitting room with cozy sectional adjacent to the living room. The efficient gourmet kitchen and adjacent dining room with farm table style seating are open ended rooms that wrap around into the living room creating a very practical and spacious open floor plan. The separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer are located downstairs next to the 4th bedroom. There are plenty of beach chairs and equipment stored here for your use during your stay.

LOCATION: Laguna Beach is only 4 miles wide by 7 miles long and this vacation rental is located right in the center of it all! Main Beach, Woods Cove, and downtown Laguna Beach Village are just a 5 to 10 minute drive.

ATTRACTIONS: The Laguna Playhouse, Pageant of the Masters, The Sawdust Festival, movie theater, seasonal events, food festivals, surfing and body boarding competitions, dozens of art galleries, and all the other attractions, restaurants, and shopping you'd expect to find in Laguna Beach are also all just minutes away. During the summer there's a free trolley servicing the Laguna Beach and Dana Point communities.

Just a 10 to 15 minute drive south you’ll discover the Dana Point Harbor which is only of two ports in Orange County where you can catch the Catalina Express to Catalina Island. In 2021 Dana Point was honored as the first Whale Heritage Site in the United States.

Disneyland in Anaheim, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Knott’s Berry Farm, and many other family fun theme and amusement parks can be found within an hour or less drive. For the golf enthusiasts Aliso Creek Golf course is just 10 minutes away and Pelican Hill Resort and ‘The Links’ at Monarch Beach in Dana Point are only minutes away.
