From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. "We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken.
