"It's difficult to articulate. Brilliant, wonderful, amazing, excellent, get me a thesaurus just to add to this list. From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and have everything. Nespresso machine, toiletries, sewing kit, bonnet de douche and little unexpected extras. "We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken. We were only allowed 1 room key which meant we couldn’t use the air con unless we were in the room. We also got woken up twice at 8am every day by the owners.. disappointed to...
