"Great location, offered all we needed. The check in took really long. It is a very large hotel, and elevators were a bit strange and it could take a while to get there. Mattresses were top notch. Great for big groups but not a cozy hotel."

"Temas importantes, colchones de las camas muy pero muy deteriorados, pésima, casi nula presión de agua en la regadera y no servía el Aire Acondicionado/calefacción. De lo demás: Los cuartos están viejos y MUY mal mantenidos. La primer recepcionista con muy mala actitud, no servía uno de los elevadores y eran esperas de 15 min, en el cuarto no servía el teléfono, no hay toalleros en el baño, no proveen secadora de pelo ni folleto de "no molestar", el porta papel roto, no aspiraron (estuvo en la alfombra a la vista la misma M&M roja desde que llegue hasta que salí), no hay vasos. Un día llegamos y las camas tendidas pero las almohadas en la alfombra, otro día dejaron artículos de limpieza en el buró. Cada vez que me acerque a la recepción había un cliente quejándose del servicio y de los cuartos. Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación, inmejorable. NO lo recomiendo, honestamente fue una pésima experiencia mi estadía."

"The pictures were deceiving, if you get a basic room they will put you in the bottom floors which are old and had a musty smell. In order to get a room like the one in the pictures you have to pay an extra "premium" fee. I did because the bottom rooms were horrible. In our "premium" room the AC was broken and the maintenance had to come and fix it, he was rude and said we just had to adjust the thermostat. When we told him of course we tried that, he right away pulled out batteries from his pocket and replaced the batteries on the thermostat. The only areas that were decent was the view from the premium room and the desk staff. "

"The hotel was clean and well located to many attractions. The rooms were comfortable and the bed VERY comfortable. I liked that the hotel was attached to the Italian restaurant we chose to go to. I was very disappointed in check in, there was one computer working, the staff didn’t look at you when asking questions, it was hard to hear because the lobby was loud. I liked that they had a small cafe in the hotel BUT it only is open to 11, they ran out of a lot of liquor so drinks were Ltd., no coffee, no sugar for tea, they weren’t serving food anymore because it was after 10. All in all, we had a pleasant trip into the city, the issues that came up didn’t spoil our trip but it was disappointing considering the location and price."

"The hotel was nice and the staff were wonderful, however, I have never been in a hotel where there is no privacy in the bathroom. From the bedroom you see the back of the mirror and the cabinet, but there is a space between the mirror and the cabinet for no privacy. Then the bathroom door only goes to the cabinet so a quarter of that wall is open. If you're alone, I guess it will do but it doesn't work with more than one person in the room or if you have a visitor. WTH One last thing, I would never have booked with Expedia if I had known I wouldn't get points for my stay. No more booking with Expedia. I will book through the hotel or through Marriott Bonvoy. $1000 for 3 nights and no reward points. Never again."
